New York Kitchen Supports New York State Farmers

New York Kitchen (NYK) supports New York agriculture by offering local, seasonal options in our classes and in our restaurant.  Over 80% of our ingredients are sourced from New York!

In 2019, we built our first raised bed gardens as a tool to teach our youth campers and guests about growing food and how to use what you harvest; Expansion coming in Spring 2020!

NYK also works with local organizations to act as a liaison between restaurants, farms, and purveyors, as well as offer our unique location to further agricultural education.
