Preserving the Bounty – Dehydrating fruits, vegetables, herbs and meat

You'll assist in preparing foods for the dehydrator and each participant will “unload” and take home a tray full of dehydrated fruit pieces and a tray of fruit leather prepared and dried by the instructor.
