Wine & Pizza Pairing

Wine pairing doesn’t require a fancy five-course meal – if you’ve ever wondered what pairs with something as simple as pizza, this is the class for you! Our Demonstration Chef will walk you through the dough making process that creates the flavor foundation for good pizza. Then, enjoy a lunch size portion of pizzas featured in our Restaurant as our Beverage Educator guides you through flavor profiles and perfect pairings with New York State wines.
- The Naples: Hearty Marinara, Fresh Mozzarella and Fresh Basil
- The Butcher: Hearty Marinara, Fresh Mozzarella, Crumbled Local Sausage, Pepperoni, Ham, and Bacon
