Instead of buying your favorite sushi on the supermarket shelves, why not make your own?
In this class you will learn to make the perfect sticky rice, work with nori sheets, make different types of fillings, and assemble sushi rolls. Sushi can be reasonably priced and fun to make, and by the time you leave class, you’ll almost be a pro! Not to mention, each student will be able to take their own sushi mat to practice at home!
Enjoy a cup of green tea as you enjoy your fresh sushi!
