There are two secrets to the perfect pizza – the crust and the sauce. Learn how to make both with one of NY Kitchen’s Culinary Instructors as they explain what makes a great dough and a perfect sauce. You will each create your own dough ball, then team up with a partner in making the perfect marinara sauce and vinaigrette for your salad. The pizzas will be slathered and stacked with all types of fresh, seasonal ingredients. When it’s time to enjoy your delicious creations, we’ll provide the wine, the music, and a pizza box to take your leftovers in!
Create your own “Pizza Place” in our interactive Hands-On Kitchen. And – leave the clean up to us!
Menu: Participants will make custom pizza creations using our Common Pantry.
