Finger Lakes Bakes Pop-Up Shop

We’re excited to welcome back our friends at Finger Lakes Bakes for their Valentine’s Weekend pop-up bakery at New York Kitchen! Take your pick from delicious cruffins (croissant meets muffins), super macarons, cookies, cupcakes, bearclaws, brownies, and more, with gluten free options available. Preorders are now being accepted for pickup Saturday and Sunday, February 13 and 14, from 11 am – 5 pm! Or, stop by during that timeframe and shop available items at their pop-up to enjoy with a flight of wine or beer in our Tasting Room. Place your preorders here.

Behind the Bakery
The team behind the baking magic are dynamic duo, Chef Anne and Chef Paul. Between the two, they have more than 20 years of baking experience, having studied and worked in culinary epicenters such as London, Ottawa, and Upstate New York–Chefs Anne & Paul are on the cutting edge of foodie heaven!
Chef Anne and Chef Paul are both formally trained chefs. Anne graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa before heading to London to study with Michelin star chef, Alain Ducasse’s protégé, Marion David. Paul earned his culinary degree from NCCC, and hands-on experience with a wide variety of high-end establishments in the culinary world.
