NY Kitchen’s Chefs and Dr. Konstantin Frank Wine Cellars have partnered to create a unique menu made with local ingredients, and paired each dish with sparkling wines to celebrate the New Year. Enjoy six pairings while a representative from Dr. Frank’s Wine Cellars discusses the sparkling wines- a truly magical way to bring in the New Year!

Welcome Course
Blini’s with Caviar and Chive Creme Fraiche

Course One
Cornmeal Crusted Oyster, Andouille Sausage and Sweet Potato Hash with a Chipotle Hollandaise Drizzle
Paired with 2013 Blanc de Blancs

Course Two
Asparagus and Parmesan Bisque with Goat Cheese Foam and Black Garlic Oil
Paired with 2014 Brut

Course Three
Smoke Trout Salad, Baby Greens, Balsamic Glazed Beets, Grilled Red Onions, Roasted Pistachios and Horseradish Cream
Paired with 2013 Blanc de Noirs

Course Four
Grilled Lamb Lollipop, Currant Port Glaze, New York State Sharp Cheddar  Grits and a Honeynut Squash Puree
Paired with 2013 Brut Rose

Course Five
Caramelized Onion Crusted Short Rib with a Dark Stout Pan Sauce, Whipped Parsnip Puree and Agave Roasted Carrots
Paired with Celebre

Course Six
Toffee Bread Pudding, Bourbon Caramel Sauce and House Made Eggnog Ice Cream
Paired with 2016 Reserve Riesling
