Food and culture go hand in hand. These classes in our demonstration theater will explore different dishes from around the world, presented by Chefs who specialize in each region.
This month, Chef Marianne Rosica-Brand will demonstrate some traditional Italian dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients from New York State! You will get to sample and take home recipes to try for yourself. Mangia!
