Join us in the Wine Spectator Theater for sample sized portions of some of our brunch menu favorites paired with our signature mimosa flight! During this class, you’ll enjoy some delicious food and beverages while our Instructor discusses the local ingredients, vendors, and partnerships that are the core of NY Kitchen and our mission as a non-profit organization.
- Teresa’s Apple Fritter: Spiced Apple Compote, Cinnamon Butter, and a Whiskey-Caramel Sauce
- Chicken ‘n Waffles: Buttermilk Fried Chicken atop a Bacon Jam Waffle with Spicy NY Maple Syrup, Herbed Butter and Smoked Apple & Bosc Pear Chutney
- Avocado Toast: Grilled Flatbread with Guacamole, Local Chevre Crumbles, Soft Fried Egg, Sundried Tomato Pico de Gallo with Roasted and Poblano Crème
