Do you like tasty Mexican food? Do you drink salsa like it’s water? Then perhaps this class is for you! Whether it’s a plate full of tacos or a lovely Mexican-inspired salad- Below the Border meals are always a hit.
In this class you will learn how to create Below the Border inspired dishes using the finest NY State ingredients. After a short lecture from the Chef Instructor, you and a partner will prepare one of our unique dishes that will then be shared with your cooking island. Share the food, share the fun! A perfectly paired NY State beer will be served with your meal.
