Chocolate Truffle Workshop

Cooking en Papillote

Learn to make impressive and delicious dinners using a simple technique; in French “en papillote”, in Italian “ al Cartoccio”, and in English “cooking in parchment” No matter what you call it, when you cook all of your ingredients sealed in parchment paper, they cook in their own steam creating an incredibly flavorful dinner that is portion controlled, healthy and fun to present!
