Certified Sommelier Examination

The Certified Sommelier Examination was created in 2006 to help prepare candidates for the rigors of the Advanced Sommelier Examination on the path leading to the Master Sommelier Diploma Examination. Chef’s Table

These classes are designed to be fun, relaxing, and an escape from the daily grind.  They are a great way to learn basic cooking techniques while enjoying your family and friends in our Hands-On Kitchen.  NYK’s Chef Instructor will provide a history and overview of the recipes while demonstrating proper knife skills and professional culinary techniques. Sushi Rolling

In this class you will learn to make the perfect sticky rice, work with nori sheets, make different types of fillings, and assemble sushi rolls.
