Today is National Cocktail Day!
Just because we’re social distancing doesn’t mean we can’t celebrate at home, right?! I don’t know about you all, but I didn’t specifically stock up on yummy cocktail ingredients before this madness ensued, so today I’ll give you a recipe for a tasty cocktail using things I already had on hand, and of course I’m using New York State Spirits!
Gin & Juice (& some other stuff in my freezer)
- 2 oz Honeoye Falls Distillery Devils’ Bathtub Gin
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 1/3 Cup Frozen Fruit ( I had mango, strawberry, and blueberries)
- Splash of Pineapple Juice & a slice of canned pineapple for garnish (optional and thought of after I made this…)
Combine ingredients in a rocks glass or cup of choice and enjoy! You can add ice if you’d like, but I prefer to use the frozen fruit so that you don’t water down you drink and you can eat the yummy booze infused fruit at the end.
You can also substitute vodka or sparkling wine to make variations of screwdrivers or mimosas! We recommend 1961 Vodka and Damiani Wine Cellars Bollicine.
