I’d be a musician. Fun fact, I played the guitar and was the lead singer in a band for 10 years!

My kids, all the time.

Yes – at the top of the list would be having an ego while working in a kitchen!
French….or Thai. Nope, French all the way!
Favorite menu item at NYK to eat?
Well one of our specials we are offering at the moment “Bouillabaisse” which is a Mediterranean Fish Stew is my current favorite. Off of our regular menu I’d choose the Strip steak – the sauce is what makes the dish!
Favorite menu item at NYK to make?
Gnocchi, they’re fun to make.
Food you dislike to cook?
Haha…any lunch or breakfast food.
What did you have for dinner last night?
I made Tom kha goong & bang bang shrimp at home.
What’s your favorite beverage to drink?
Laphroaig Whiskey! (that was a quick response)
Easiest meal to impress someone?
Bang Bang Shrimp & Calamari are super easy to make and easy to impress.
Favorite local ingredient?
In the Spring I’d go with Morels (mushroom) and in the Summer/Fall I’d pick Chanterelles (also a mushroom).
What are you doing on your days off?
I’m at home cooking for my family!

The abundance of talent and the people I work with! (no, he was not paid to say this, lol)
