Kids are Back & They’re Taking Over the Kitchen – $300 per Youth! Ages 12 and Up Only.
Our interactive camps take our young chefs through food safety, knife skills, nutrition education, basic cooking skills and menu planning. Our campers will be cooking everyday and eating the fruits of their labor for lunch.
Day One: Knife Skills & Sanitation
Day Two: Best Burgers
Day Three: Agriculture Tour (off-site)
Day Four: Pasta
Day Five: Pizza & Wings
These camps are led by Lead Culinary Instructor, Chef Matt Wooster & Guest Instructor, MaryBeth Brinkerhoff.
